Hello I am Siuyi Jamail and I am an Independent Rep for Zyia Active

This blog is about my very first Zyia purchase before I became Zyia Independent Rep. You will learn about my first impression so you can have an idea on what to expect from this brand.

Let's start with a little background about me: I do my workouts at home, 6 days a week, weight lifting and some cardio (love body combat style). Before Zyia, my activewear outfits were from academy and target.

Before I became a Zyia Independent Rep, I needed to know about the product and quality! It looked very nice on pictures, but if I was going to sell it, I need it to know quality, service, shipping time, website order procedure. I wanted to make sure it was not a fraud!

How to order?

I was provided a party link from the person who introduce me to Zyia. I went ahead and started browsing. Website looked very nice. It has a sizing chart on the top of the main page which is very convenient. It is organized by drop down taps that contain all the different collections (women top, women bottom, etc). Honestly the page is not very friendly, it is not difficult but it can get a little confusing to order. For that reason, most of the reps offer to do the order for you so you do not get frustrated.

My first purchase

I decided to go for a pair of camo leggings $65 and a navy blue $31 bra. I spent a little more than $100 after shipping and taxes.

My first thought was: WOW that was more than I was used to spend on activewear! Did I really needed to spend that much? Will anybody spend that much on activewear? It did worry me a little bit but I decided to wait and see.

Also, remember my activewear was from target and Academy, so I was used to pay much less than that. In addition, I have not even heard about lululemon and Athleta! I have heard that just one legging could be $118 at those places! That actually would be good material for another post in my blog!

Shipping 

After I ordered I immediately got an email about my order, and next day I got an email saying it has been shipped. A week later my package came in! I was actually very excited and intrigue to see what was these clothes about! You can see my happiness in the pics above! It honestly was love at first sight!

It came in a very nice packaging. Each item was inside a white transparent bag with the Zyia logo. Very good first impression I could say. Everything was folded very nice and with care.

Each item was also wrap with a white tissue paper, like the ones Victoria secret uses when they give you the back (love that by the way). They also had a tag with item description and Zyia logo as well. The tag was carefully placed with a cute safety pin so it will not damage the clothes (no, those plastic ones you have to cut, hate those! You never find the scissors so you just pull them, right?)

The product

It was the moment of truth! I first opened the bag with the leggings.

Material felt first super soft and thick. I could already tell about the good quality. In addition, they were soooo pretty! the camo design and colors looked so nice!

I tried them on! They were very tight and hard to put on, so I was worry at the beginning. But once you have them on, they feel like a glove! Seriously!

They are hi-rise so they help to shape your body, high imperfections, and make you look thinner! Also, even though they were high compress they did not cut my waist and show my fat! However, if you order too small it will show your belly excess, so remember to check the sizing guide to get your perfect size!

The next item was the Bomber Bra. Color was my favorite: navy blue, so I was already liking it!

Material was also super soft. It includes removable pads, which by the way do not move when you wash in the washer machine! True story!. Bra did not feel tight but still it provided good support for my DD cup.

General thoughts: 

I was very happy with the product and I decided I wanted help other people get a hand on them two!! Maybe they will fell in love like I did!

I know Zyia may not be for everybody but if you like quality and comfortable activewear at a reasonable price, I would totally recommend Zyia for you!

Plus, you are helping a small business owner like me! I promise I would do a little happy dance at home.
